Rabaul was the most heavily defended area in the southwest Pacific in WWII. Numerous arial battles were fought and a few Ace were born at that time.

Hasegawa special kit of “Rabaul's aces Set” reproduce the aircraft of two famous aces.   It is a set of:

1. type 21 of Tetsuzo Iwamoto
2. type 22 of Hiroyoshi Nishizawa
