Initial Orders

  • The minimum initial order for Merit International is $450.00 on all shippable items. Subsequent re orders are subject to a $150.00 minimum.

Payment and Terms

  • All orders must be prepaid by COD check (Which has be pre-approved by Merit International), cashiers check or money order (Made payable to Merit International), Visa/MasterCard or Discover Card and wire transfer. On all COD orders the customer will pay a COD fee for every COD tag/box.
  • COD Refusals - A 15% refusal/restocking fee plus shipping cost will be charged to any refused COD order.
  • Credit Card Payment - The cardholder must sign and return the credit card authorization form/letter of consent with the original application in order to have the account set up for ongoing credit card purchases. If a customer wishes to change the authorizing credit card, they must complete and sign another credit card authorization form and submit it directly to the company.
  • Credit Card Disputes - On any credit card dispute. Merit International reserves the right to charge back the 3% credit card service fee and the shipping cost to your credit card.
  • Returned Checks - A $25.00 returned check fee will be charged on all returned checks. Any discounts applied, freight allowances by virtue of the returned check, will be charged back to the customer.

Return Policy

  • Any discrepancy on an order must be reported to our office within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Any returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #), which will be obtained from Merit International. Any package returned to Merit International without an RA# will be refused and the sender will take full responsibility of any loss or damage to the merchandise.
  • Merchandise which has been returned in good condition will be replaced, or credited back to the appropriate account. Partially built models, or boxes with the store name/price tag will not be accepted or given credit.
  • All items that have been packed and shipped from Merit International's warehouse have been checked prior to shipping. Any damage that has occurred to merchandise received must be immediately reported to the appropriate carrier and not to Merit International.
  • A 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping cost will be charged on all returned merchandise.

Past Due Accounts

  • All past due and delinquent Open accounts will be placed on COD or prepayment terms.
  • A 1-1/2% per month (18%) per annum interest charge will be assessed on overdue bills.
  • If this account is placed or given to an attorney for collection, the applicant shall pay Merit International, disbursements for court costs and reasonable attorney fees in addition to any collection costs or other amounts due.
  • All merchandise will remain the property of Merit International, until Merit International, is fully paid.
  • Any dispute will be settled in the State of California Court of law.


I hereby certify that I hold a valid seller's permit number with proof attached to the application issued pursuant to the Sales and Use Tax Law. That I am engaged in the business of selling . That the tangible personal property described herein which I shall purchase from Merit International LLC will be resold by me in the form of tangible personal property; provided, however, that in the event any such property is used for any purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sale in the regular course of business, it is understood that I am required by Sales and Use Tax Law to report and pay tax, measured by the purchase price of such property.
